Ghana February 2020

Our Friday workshop consisted of about 65 staff members from International Schools in Africa. The majority were from Ghana International School, the Host School. Others came from Madagascar, Tanzania, other areas of Ghana, including one near the gold mines so far away, they had to drive 6 hours to get to an airport to fly for hours to get to Accra. We are finding each and everyone to be delightful. In most of the pictures, you will see the participants analyzing a case study. We all worked hard! Joy introducing herself.

Thursday, February 20, we worked with non-teaching staff on their roles in helping with continuous school improvement, and how to evaluate their processes. There were 65 safety/security, IT, electricians, maintenance workers, office assistants, etc. It was a delightful day.

Today we moved out of the Labadi Beach Hotel to a "boutique" hotel closer to where our work will be starting Thursday.  By evening, we were making reservations for a different hotel.
